BODY CARE REMEDY TO START

The simple beauty remedy can help moisturize your skin and prevent it from becoming dry. Make your own moisturizing lotion by using a mix of yougot and vinegar.

Procedure:
Mix half a cup of yougot with half a tea spoon of vinegar and apply it on your feet, palms and hands; leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes.

> TEA TREA OIL
Tea trea oil can do alot of good for your skin. It treats mild acne and keeps the skin fresh always. 

> GREEN TEA EXTRACT 
Green tea isn't just for drinking, it can also help calm your skin. Taking it twice a day can reduce skin acne in adolescents. 

> ALOE VERA
It can help clear up acne as well and it has been clinically proven to improve skin appearance in patients. 

> HONEY
Honey is a humectant, which means it has properties that can help lock in skin moisture. 
Honey is a pretty sweet skin care ingredient which helps to soothe your skin especially when used in a moisturizing routine or as a face mask.

> COCONUT OIL
It is known for being a great leg moisturizer, so why not apply the same philosophy to your face or hair?.

> CASTOR OIL 
Try castor oil, it has a little less risk. It is known for aiding in long, healthy hair, also ideal for skin care. 

> ASPIRIN 
If your skin is giving you aches turn to aspirin for some relief. It can reduce swelling, unclog pores and soften your skin. 

> CHAMOMILE 
Here is another ingredient that can double as a skin care savior. It is used in skin care to treat inflammations of the skin through tropical creams and oils.
